- Starting from 325 THB (Singapore ≤ 100 g) — about half the price of EMS
- For the United States: Includes DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service — customers do not need to pay destination customs duties

- ePacket Plus insurance of 1,500 THB per parcel is included in the service fee — Intimo will handle the claim in case of damage or loss

- ePacket Plus to the US has a maximum declared value of $60 USD per parcel (as set by US Customs)
- Some sub-territories of the destination country may not be serviceable (e.g., UK Crown Dependencies)

- If a parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
