เงื่อนไขการให้บริการ
การเข้าใช้งานเว็บไซต์ www.intimolife.com และการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจาก Intimo Life ถือว่าท่านยอมรับเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้
1. คุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้บริการ
- ผู้ใช้บริการต้องมีอายุครบ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป
- ผู้ใช้บริการต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นความจริงในการสั่งซื้อ
- ผู้ใช้บริการมีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของรหัสผ่านและบัญชีของตน
2. สินค้าและบริการ
- Intimo Life จำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ยา อาหารเสริม ผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลสุขภาพ และเวชสำอาง ที่ได้รับการรับรองจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) ของประเทศไทย
- ภาพสินค้าและคำอธิบายอาจมีความแตกต่างจากสินค้าจริงเล็กน้อย เช่น สี รุ่นบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ผู้ผลิตอาจปรับเปลี่ยน
- ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขราคา ส่วนลด และโปรโมชั่นโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า
3. คำเตือนทางการแพทย์
- ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและสุขภาพในเว็บไซต์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์
- ลูกค้าควรปรึกษาเภสัชกรหรือแพทย์ก่อนใช้ยาทุกครั้ง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งหากกำลังตั้งครรภ์ ให้นมบุตร มีโรคประจำตัว หรือกำลังรับประทานยาตัวอื่น
- Intimo Life ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อผลข้างเคียงที่เกิดจากการใช้ยาผิดวิธี
4. การชำระเงินและการสั่งซื้อ
- ทางร้านรับชำระผ่านโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร และช่องทางอื่นๆ ที่กำหนด
- หลังจากลูกค้าโอนเงินและทางร้านยืนยันการชำระเงินแล้ว ทางร้านจะจัดส่งสินค้าภายใน 1-2 วันทำการ
- หากลูกค้ายกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อหลังโอนเงินแล้ว ทางร้านจะคืนเงินตามนโยบายคืนเงิน
- คำสั่งซื้อต่างประเทศชำระผ่านการโอน Wise เท่านั้น และต้องแนบหลักฐานการโอนภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หลังสั่งซื้อ
5. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
- เนื้อหา รูปภาพ บทความ และโลโก้ทั้งหมดในเว็บไซต์เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของ Intimo Life
- ห้ามนำไปใช้ ทำซ้ำ หรือเผยแพร่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
6. การจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
- ทางร้านพยายามให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน แต่ไม่รับประกันความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูล
- ทางร้านไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการเว็บไซต์
7. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
เงื่อนไขเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อพิพาทใดๆ จะระงับโดยศาลที่มีอำนาจในประเทศไทย
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
Intimo Life ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการให้บริการนี้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า การใช้บริการต่อไปหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลง ถือว่าท่านยอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่

By accessing www.intimolife.com and purchasing from Intimo Life, you agree to the following terms.
1. User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when ordering
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their password and account
2. Products and Services
- Intimo Life sells pharmaceutical products, dietary supplements, health products, and medicated cosmetics certified by the Thai FDA (Food and Drug Administration of Thailand)
- Product images and descriptions may slightly differ from actual products (e.g., color, packaging revisions by manufacturers)
- We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotions without prior notice
3. Medical Disclaimer
- Information about products and health on our website is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice
- Customers should consult a pharmacist or doctor before using any medication, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, with chronic conditions, or taking other medications
- Intimo Life is not responsible for side effects caused by improper medication use
4. Payment and Ordering
- We accept bank transfer and other approved payment channels
- After payment confirmation, we will ship the order within 1-2 business days
- If customers cancel after payment, refunds follow the Refund Policy
- International orders are paid by Wise bank transfer only, with proof of payment required within 24 hours of ordering
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, articles, and logos on the website are intellectual property of Intimo Life
- Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission
6. Limitation of Liability
- We strive to provide accurate and current information but do not guarantee completeness
- We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from website use

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Thailand.
8. Changes to Terms
