นโยบายการจัดส่ง

ระยะเวลาการจัดส่ง

  • เวลาจัดเตรียมสินค้า: 1-2 วันทำการ (หลังจากได้รับการยืนยันชำระเงิน)
  • เวลาขนส่ง: 1-3 วันทำการ ขึ้นอยู่กับพื้นที่และผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง
  • รวมระยะเวลาที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับสินค้า: ประมาณ 2-5 วันทำการ

ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง

  • Kerry Express — ครอบคลุมทั่วประเทศ จัดส่งเร็ว
  • ไปรษณีย์ไทย (Thailand Post ePacket Plus) — บริการมาตรฐาน
  • ทางร้านจะเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่เหมาะสมที่สุดกับพื้นที่ปลายทาง

ค่าจัดส่ง

ค่าจัดส่งคำนวณตามน้ำหนักและพื้นที่ปลายทาง ระบบจะคำนวณค่าจัดส่งให้ลูกค้าเห็นที่หน้า checkout ก่อนชำระเงิน

พื้นที่ให้บริการ

  • จัดส่งภายในประเทศไทย (77 จังหวัด) เท่านั้น ในปัจจุบัน
  • ทางร้านยังไม่ให้บริการจัดส่งระหว่างประเทศ

Tracking Number

  • หลังจากพัสดุออกจากร้าน ทางร้านจะส่งหมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ (tracking number) ทาง email
  • ลูกค้าสามารถติดตามสถานะพัสดุได้ผ่านเว็บไซต์ของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง

การบรรจุภัณฑ์แบบ Discreet

  • ทางร้านห่อพัสดุแบบมิดชิด ไม่ระบุชื่อสินค้าด้านนอกกล่อง
  • เพื่อความเป็นส่วนตัวของลูกค้าทุกท่าน

หากสินค้าไม่ถึงตามเวลาที่กำหนด

  • กรุณาตรวจสอบสถานะพัสดุผ่าน tracking number ก่อน
  • หากไม่มีอัพเดทเกิน 7 วันทำการ กรุณาทักทาง LINE @intimolife
  • ทางร้านจะติดตามให้ทันที

ปัจจัยที่อาจทำให้จัดส่งล่าช้า

  • วันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
  • เหตุสุดวิสัย (สภาพอากาศ, ภัยพิบัติ)
  • ที่อยู่ผู้รับไม่สมบูรณ์/ไม่ถูกต้อง

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and destination. The system will display the shipping cost at checkout before payment.

Coverage Area

  • Delivery is currently within Thailand (77 provinces) only
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time

Tracking Number

  • Once your package ships, we will email you the tracking number
  • You can track your shipment via the carrier's website

  • We use discreet packaging — no product names visible on the outside
