How to take Fenafex / Dosage
Dosage:
- Allergic rhinitis: Adults/children 12+: Fexofenadine 60 mg twice daily. Children 6-11: 30 mg twice daily

How to take:
- Take with water only — avoid orange, apple or grapefruit juice (reduces absorption)
- Can be taken with or without food
- Avoid antacids with aluminium/magnesium within 2 hours
Renal impairment: Consult a pharmacist for dose adjustment.
Missed dose: Take as soon as remembered. Skip if near next dose — do not double.
