Reparil Gel is a topical gel containing two synergistic active ingredients: Aescin (Escin) 1% w/w a bioflavonoid extract from Horse Chestnut seeds, and Diethylamine Salicylate 5% w/w a Salicylate-class anti-inflammatory.
