Sildenafil

Sildenafil is a PDE5 Inhibitor. It works by blocking the PDE5 enzyme that breaks down cGMP in penile blood vessels. When cGMP is preserved, blood vessels dilate more effectively, increasing blood flow to the penis and enabling firmer, longer-lasting erections.
