Difference between Annylyn 21 and Annylyn 28 tablets

Choosing between the two depends on your preference. Annylyn 21 tablets contain only active hormone pills; you must take a 7-day break after finishing the pack before starting a new one. Annylyn 28 tablets include 21 active pills and 7 inactive (placebo) pills, allowing for a continuous daily routine without breaks, which helps reduce the risk of forgetting to start the next pack.

How to take Annylyn for maximum effectiveness

Start the first pill within the first 5 days of your period. Take one tablet at the same time every day (preferably before bedtime). For the 21-day pack, finish all pills, wait 7 days, and then start a new pack. For the 28-day pack, follow the arrows until the pack is empty and start the next pack the very next day.

What to do if you miss a pill?

If you are less than 12 hours late, take the missed pill immediately and continue the next one at your usual time. If you are more than 24 hours late or miss multiple pills, contraceptive protection may be reduced.
